Finding the best care for individual family needs is vital. All of our care staff and nurses are highly trained, empathetic, passionate, understanding and able to provide highly person centred care. Each individual who applies is rigorously screened and scrutinised to ensure that they are suitable for the role. This includes: Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, A full health declaration, Full working history, along with detailed reference checks and annual reviews with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to practice. This will enable us to identify character, qualities and capabilities of the staff. Our care workers and nurses come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds and are of varying experience and expertise
We conduct regular quality assurance home visits to ensure that our staff are providing the service that has been agreed. We believe in involving families, carers and nurses from our very first point of contact through assessments and the provision of care.
