Nurses Alliance Limited focuses on large recruitment projects to meet the growing demand for qualified, dependable and specialized staff in hospitals. We carry out recruitment drives for several large healthcare groups.

Nurses Alliance Limited enjoys long standing professional relationships with selected clients. The Healthcare providers we partner with are carefully chosen to ensure that our candidates receive training on their arrival and the UK as well as the best possible opportunities for career development.

Through our global network we are constantly sourcing many internationally trained, highly experienced and motivated personnel who want to augment their skills and professional relationship with selected clients.

To achieve the successful and effective placement of candidates requires a holistic, multidimensional approach to the recruitment process. An approach that understands the needs of a candidate entering an unfamiliar working environment and an unfamiliar cultural environment.

Dealing with the NMC, visas, work permits, embassies and airlines is usually a factor that discourages most people who aspire to work overseas. We understand this and therefore go the extra mile to make the whole process as easy and as undaunting as possible for the candidate.

Our services do not however end with the recruitment process. We offer comprehensive support facilities for the candidate travelling to the UK so that they prepare for their registration as well as.

In conjunction with our partner training provider, we are now offering one of the first on-line Computer Based Test (CBT) training programme. This programme is designed to help nurses wishing to gain UK NMC registration prepare for their first part of the competence based test. The programme was written and developed by UK nurse lecturers and practitioners. The emphasis is on building on already existing skills and knowledge and transfers it to the UK Health care setting. There are four modules which we test. These are Professional Values, Communication, Clinical Decision Making and Leadership. The whole assessment is designed to prepare the learners for the actual exam.
